service department provides 24-hour emergency service
seven days a week, including holidays for all heating
and air conditioning needs.
Mazza
Mechanical Services is well staffed with highly experienced
refrigeration technicians, capable of working on walk-in
coolers, freezers, test chamber equipment, etc. These
technicians are experienced with most building
automation systems and software. We work on a regular
basis with Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Andover
Controls, Carrier Zoning Systems, Trane, and American Automatrix.
All our
technicians are factory trained and authorized to work
on most pieces of equipment, including residential,
commercial and industrial. Technical training is
constantly updated through manufacturers’ seminars. We
also provide regular in-house training on many common
issues.

Our
service department has state of the art service
management software that allows us to efficiently track
the progress of our technicians throughout the day so
that we can give our customers accurate information on
the status of their service.
Once a
customer is set up in our records, our software keeps a
thorough log of his history, including all repairs made
and any helpful information for future service calls.
This software also tracks the inventory on our service
vehicles, enabling us to be more efficient in making
timely repairs. We have a well-stocked parts inventory
that allows us to make most repairs in the same day
rather than wait for parts from outside sources. |
