Shop - Equipment: We have a full service sheet
metal fabrication shop with state of the art automated
equipment for efficient high quality production. Our
sheet metal fittings are fabricated with a CAD operated
plasma cutting system that automatically lays out and
cuts the parts required for each fitting. We also have
an in-house ductwork fabrication coil line that will use
10,000 pound coils of sheet metal to automatically bead,
notch, cleat and fold ductwork – up to 5’ lengths.
CAD
Capabilities: All of our jobs – design and build
and plan and specification – are laid out in
three dimensional detail before going to the fabrication
stage. Once the job is laid out, our shop and field
mechanics are presented with a detailed CAD drawing with
each piece of ductwork, labeled and numbered to
facilitate fabrication and installation. This technique
allows us to present the customer with a detailed plan
of the proposed work.
Custom Work: Mechanics in our shop have the ability
to work with all metals – aluminum, stainless steel and
cooper – to fabricate specialty items, such as hoods,
pans, racks, stands, gutters and flashings. These
mechanics are skilled craftsmen, some with as many as 25
years of experience.
Design and Build: Our design department can lay out
any project. We can accurately and efficiently design
make up air systems, dust collection systems, fume
exhausts and rooftop HVAC units with ductwork.
