Company History/Corporate Overview
Brothers Milo and Ed Mazza founded Mazza Brothers in
1932. The company specialized in sheet metal work;
siding and roofing; aluminum doors, windows and awnings;
as well as heating and ventilation systems.
In
1965, the company was incorporated as Mazza Sheet Metal,
Inc. with Milo Mazza, Walter Kula and Joseph DeRose
serving as corporate officers. What was originally
founded as a small sheet metal and roofing shop had
evolved into a full service mechanical contractor,
serving western New York and northwestern Pennsylvania.
In 2007
the company name was changed to Mazza Mechanical
Services, Inc. to better reflect its status as a full
service mechanical contractor.
